We have been very busy over the last couple of months with a number of important contracts, all finished on time and within the allocated budgets.


BOND TIMBER MERCHANTS
This was a heavy commercial Industrial installation involving the fitting and integration of a new Mains Sub-Station upgrade.

ST.MELLION GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB
New fire alarms and general maintenance as well as extensive work on the Irrigation plant room.

HILLBOROUGH RESIDENTIAL HOME - CALLINGTON
Full fire alarm re-wire and emergency lighting installation.

CARADON DISTRICT COUNCIL
This is an ongoing contract to install new night storage systems, at the time of writing, 6 have already been completed ahead of schedule and under budget. There are a further 30 properties where the old wet heating systems have to be removed and new Ecconomy 7 Dimplex systems are to be installed.
Caradon District Council remain very satisfied with our work.

GILLETTS CALLINGTON LIMITED
  • As part of Gilletts ongoing upgrade program of their SPAR Retail stores, recent works include:
  • Bampton Spar - North Devon. New CCTV, Lighting and Plumbing heating.
  • North Hill - Plymouth. New CCTV, Electrical wiring and Lighting.
  • Willaton Spar - New CCTV and Lighting.
  • We have also just completed a domestic installation for one of the directors homes with recessed LED lighting.

We have just completed a full bespoke installation of a new-build project which involved the conversion of the Old Catholic church in Gunnislake in Cornwall.

Other recent private contracts included the plant room and lighting for a swimming pool.
A garden lighting installation at Port Izaacs and as mentioned in a seperate article, we recently completed a garden illumination project for Dawn French and Lenny Henry at their home in Cornwall which involved working closely with their Landscape Gardner, Robin Montgomery.
